Sustainable Development Policy

We Ingenius Productions Limited based in United Kingdom, understand that our operations and processes can impact both positively and negatively towards the environment, social and economic issues. Our intention is to provide production services in such as way as to minimise negative social, environmental and economic impacts. We recognise that our event production procedures can have positive long term impacts to social, environmental and economic factors.

In recognition of the above we Ingenius Productions Limited will follow a set of procedures to help us to:

• Identify and engage with our employees, clients and suppliers on sustainability issues. 

• Set sustainability key performance indicators and targets for key projects.

• Provide the necessary resources and allocate appropriate responsibilities to ensure adherence to sustainability aims. 

• Provide training and build competencies for those significant persons involved in sustainability management. 

• Assessment and review.

 

The objectives for sustainability across our projects are:

• To minimise environmental impact, within constraints of each project. 

• Reflect on the environmental impacts of each project explicitly. 

• Make suggestions. 
   

Specific Recycling initiatives currently in place:

• Office – recycling of paper, encouraging a paperless office, ensuring lights and computers are switched off whenever not in use.

• Scenery recycling – to local art and theatre groups in the first instance. When not possible material recycling firms are employed for metals, woods, plastics and fabric.

• Specify recyclable carpet whenever possible.

• Request sustainability policies from suppliers and venues where possible.
